Meet the PEV0
This is the very first model in our line, prompting us to call it our Personal Electric Vehicle Zero, or more endearingly, PEV0! The PEV0 (pronounced pee-voh) is designed to do exactly what city commuters want: get them around quickly and easily. A powerful motor with plenty of low-end torque gives impressive acceleration and provides the basis for the PEV0's hallmark: hill climbing. The PEV0 was born in Pittsburgh, PA, a city known for it's innovation renaissance and intimidating hills. Hill climbing was thus of paramount importance during the PEV0 design process and resulted in the PEV0 being able to fly up hills steep enough to burn out lesser ebikes' motors and electronics.

As a hybrid human-electric vehicle, the PEV0 comes equipped with fully functional pedals allowing you to ride it like a bicycle, or simply twist the throttle and feel it's all-electric power accelerate you on flat ground or up steep hills. Combine its laid-back driving geometry with exciting acceleration and power and you're in for the most exciting electric drive of your life! We are happy to report that beta testing on our fleet of PEV0s has been incredibly successful and that early testers are loving the features we designed into the PEV0. So far beta-testing has proven the PEV0s to be powerful, robust and efficient vehicles. Beta testers report a significant decrease in the time of their commutes compared to cars or buses and have noted the added benefit of actually enjoying their commutes for the first time. Driving a PEV0 saves time, saves gas and saves you from the boredom of a typical drive to work or home. We are continuing to improve our vehicles to make them even better and are excited as we prepare to enter larger scale production and scale up for commercial release. We expect to begin selling units to the public in mid-2013.
